Returns & Refunds Policy

At EMO WORDS Creative Media, each item is custom-made specifically for you. Because our products are personalized and produced to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue. Upon verification, we will replace the item or provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, order changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Approved Returns

In the rare event that a return is approved by EMO WORDS Creative Media, the returned item must be unused and in its original condition. Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
